Problems it helps with

  • Property managers: tenant messages, maintenance and too many systems: Gives a small property manager one place for tenant maintenance requests. Tenants submit through a request link, the manager turns each into a work order assigned to a vendor or handyman, and recurring jobs (HVAC filters, gutter cleaning) are scheduled automatically. This replaces texts and sticky notes.
